How We Begin Working With Your Family
Reaching out for help is the first step to creating positive change for your child. When you make a referral, our Service Coordinator will contact your family to schedule an intake interview. During this interview, we’ll talk about what’s going on with your child and work with you to understand their unique needs
Referral Form
We accept referrals from many sources: parents, extended family, schools, law enforcement, juvenile court, or even from youth themselves. After a referral is made, our Service Coordinator will schedule an intake interview with your family to start identifying the right path forward.​
Who's Eligible?
Youth who appear to be struggling in some way emotionally, behaviorally, or socially in school, at home, or in the community may be referred for services. Youth do not have to be involved with the courts to be referred.
